This notice covers the Dhenara website and account access to Dhenara Engineering. The handling of customer engineering work is also governed by the applicable service agreement.

We use your account details to provide access to Dhenara Engineering and help your organization manage its users. If you choose Sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier and available basic profile information: name, email address, and profile picture. We use these to sign you in, show your profile, and protect your account. We store profile information with your Dhenara sign-in session.

Google does not share your password with us. This sign-in connection does not give us access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or calendar content. We do not sell Google account information, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Google operates its own sign-in service under its privacy policy.

Authorized administrators and service providers may process account information to operate and secure the service. We retain it for as long as needed to provide access and meet security, contractual, and legal requirements.

Contact us using the address below, or contact your organization's administrator, to correct account information, remove a Google sign-in link, or request deletion. You can also remove Dhenara's connection in your Google Account settings. Removing that connection does not itself delete your Dhenara account or work.

Our hosting and security services may receive standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request time, requested page, browser or device details, network address, and error or security signals.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics cookies to understand site visits and interactions. Google Analytics may receive page, referrer, browser, device, and interaction information. We do not send the content of emails or scheduling details through website analytics. Your analytics setting is stored in your browser so the site can remember it.

If you email us or schedule a discussion, we receive the details you choose to provide. Calendly and your email provider process those interactions under their own notices.

We use website information to operate and secure the site, respond to requests, understand site performance while analytics is enabled, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

We use service providers for website hosting, security, analytics, scheduling, and business communications. They may process information for us under their own service terms and privacy commitments. Information may be processed in countries where those providers operate.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including security, business communication, contractual, and legal requirements.

Analytics is off until you accept it. You can change your choice here or through Analytics settings in the footer at any time, or clear this site's storage in your browser. Turning analytics off updates the consent state, expires the first-party Google Analytics cookies the site can manage, and prevents Dhenara's tracked-link events from being sent while analytics remains disabled. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information.
